3, I’ll create a layout mock-up for you to preview.
4, Send revisions or accept the preview.
5, I’ll create the finished image.
6, Accept the finished image or ask for adjustments.

After buying this service through Etsy please send your chosen photos to me via Etsy messenger. If you have multiple photos for each person then that’s even better.

The preferred format are high quality JPEGs. Most modern smart phones take high resolution images.

The better quality your photos, the better quality the finished image will be.

However, I appreciate that you may not have high quality images of your relative, I’ll do my best to work with what you have. If you’re not sure please contact me, I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
